How can I access my services?
- Log in to the client area at my.shoutca.st. If you have forgotten your credentials, you can reset your password on the login page.
- Go to My Services (under Services in the navigation bar).
- Press View Details on the service you want to log in to.
- For Centova Cast services, press the login button and there you go!
How can I cancel my service?
Firstly, we’re sad to hear that you’re thinking of leaving us. We strongly recommend contacting our support team as we’d love the chance to put things right – we love having you on board!
However, if we can’t quite work things out, you can cancel your service by clicking here. Then, simply select the service you want to cancel and click “Request Cancellation”.
How can you guarantee my account is on the best server for performance?
Our monitoring system keeps track of all resources used on all servers. Anayltics are ran every single night (3am UK time to be exact!). This gives us accurate figures on server load & usage, ensuring that users are distributed equally amongst our network of servers. Our systems talk to each other, meaning our billing & technical systems are in sync, working together to ensure you receive the best performance from your services.
