Upgrading or downgrading your service, is very straightforward – this guide will show you how.
First, head to the ‘My Services’ page, found under the ‘Services’ heading on the top navigation bar. This page can also be found here.
Once you’re on the ‘My Products & Services’ page, click on the service that you would like to upgrade.
On the ‘Manage Product’ page, click the green ‘Upgrade’ button.
On this page, you can choose the new plan for your service.
If you like, you can also choose a new billing cycle for your new plan, by clicking on the ‘1 Month Price’ box. You can change to billing every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
Once you’ve chosen your new plan and billing cycle (if applicable), click ‘Choose Product’. You will then be redirected to the checkout page, where you will see the total cost of your upgrade/downgrade, and you’ll be able to choose your payment method and enter any promotional codes you may have.
Once you’re satisfied with your choices, click the ‘Click to continue’ button to make payment and upgrade or downgrade your service.
That’s it – you’re done! Your service will now be on the new plan and billing cycle you have chosen. Please contact our friendly support team if you need any assistance with this process!
